At Postmazon, we offer digital subscriptions. Due to the nature of our services, we typically do not offer refunds once content is delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing service delivery or billing errors. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Non-refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: used subscription time, generated content, or if the service has been accessed. We encourage users to try our free trial before committing to a paid subscription.
